Best Semi-Permanent purple/ blue hair color?
I am looking to do some highlights in blue or purple. My hair is naturally brown, but is professionally bleached blonde with light blonde highlights every 6 weeks.
Because I already pay for it to be bleached, I dont have an additional 20-40 bucks to have it professionally highlighted blue or purple every month.
I have a sally beauty supply nearby, and was wondering from your experience, which if the following work best on bleached blonde hair, in a purple or dark blue shade.
