how to hang curtains on traverse rod??

i have open from center drawstring curtain rods, i hate those thick pleated curtains i want sheer drapes, i cant change the rods because i live in military housing and i have no sewing skills, how can i hang drapes on my traverse rods??

Go to a store that has a fabric department. Someone makes an apparatus that has a clip on the bottom, and a hook on the top. You just clip these things to your fabric, at regular intervals, and hook to the rod.
